Valentine Liforme Yogis was a February 2025 challenge, from 14th to 19th. Asanas include Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana).
Vulnerability: Backbend – Cultivate a sense of softness, openness and expansion with a pose that energizes the heart.
Connection: Bind – Intertwine your limbs to express loving connection to the breath, body and awareness, with any binding pose.
Love Yourself: Embrace your sacred Self – the highest version of you that is made of magical stardust, one with all beings, and in vibration with the Universe.
Compassion: Forward Fold – Show compassion for yourself and others with a gentle forward fold. Post a photo that reflects this nurturing energy.
Joy: Playful Pose – Let your inner child shine! Share a fun, playful pose that brings you joy and reminds us of the lightheartedness of love.
Gratitude: Anjali Mudra – End the challenge with a pose of gratitude. Reflect on the week and share what you’re thankful for, embodying the spirit of love and appreciation.
