Yoga 2 Ground You was an October 2017 challenge, from 15th to 24th. Asanas include Mayurasana (peacock pose), Tortoise pose (Kurmasana), Malasana (Garland Pose) and Tree pose (Vrksasana).

2. Easy pose or Sukhasana
3. Goddess Pose or Utkata Konasana
4. Triangle pose or Trikonasana
5. Warrior I or Virabhadrasana I
6. Downward-facing Dog or Adho Mukha Svanasana
7. Staff pose or Dandasana
8. Turtle pose or Kurmasana
9. Garland pose or Malasana
10. Yogi’s choice
