4. Triangle pose or Trikonasana
5. Warrior I or Virabhadrasana I
6. Downward-facing Dog or Adho Mukha Svanasana
7. Staff pose or Dandasana
8. Turtle pose or Kurmasana
9. Garland pose or Malasana
10. Yogi’s choice

Easy pose in October 16th 2017. I bring an easy pose, a lotus / padmasana and an utpluthih / tolasana.
