Yogi Muses was a November 2020 challenge, from 9th to 15th. Asanas include Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani asana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2) and Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold (Upavistha Konasana).
