Alo Dedication started on Monday 8th June and ends Monday 15th. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Skandasana (Side lunge), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2) and Shoulderstand lotus (Padma Sarvangasana).

A Grounding Pose – Dedicate to your Roots. Honor your ancestors, your home, or the people who raised you. Stay low to the earth.
A Flowing Sequence – Dedicate to a Friend. Move fluidly for someone who needs a little extra support or a “thinking of you” today.
A Strong or A Standing Pose – Dedicate to a Cause. Stand tall for a movement or charity you believe in. Use your strength for those who need it.
An Inversion or Upside-Down Pose – Dedicate to a Teacher. Honor someone who changed your perspective or taught you something life-changing.
A Deep Stretch/Yin Pose – Dedicate to your Future Self. Move slowly as a gift to the person you are becoming. Practice patience.
A Heart Opener – Dedicate to a Stranger – Send loving-kindness energy out into the world to someone you’ve never met.
Savasana or your favorite pose that you repeat daily – Dedicate to Stillness. Dedicate your practice to the silence within. No goals, just being.
