A January 2026 challenge

ALOBout Transformation was a January 2026 challenge, from 5th to 12th. Asanas include Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold (Upavistha Konasana), Urdhva Dandasana (Upward Facing Staff Pose), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Day 1 – Grounding & Intention (Any grounding of basic pose which was hard for you)
Day 2 – The Flow of Change (Any flow your body loves)
Day 3 – Strength & Courage (Any strengthening or core pose)
Day 4 – Fall & Rise (Any balancing pose you have struggled with)
Day 5 – Open to Possibility (Any heart-opening pose progress)
Day 6 – Surrender & Acceptance (Any pose where you have learnt to release effort and simply be)
Day 7 – Transformation in Stillness (Any restorative pose you always go back to)
Day 8 – Celebrate Your Progress (Any pose you are currently working on)
