Circe Motherhood Roles was a May 2025 challenge, from 12th to 16th. Asanas include Frog pose (Mandukasana), Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Chaturanga (Chaturanga Dandasana) and Pigeon pose.
Day 1: The Driver – Flow & Focus – Always on the go, navigating life’s chaos and traffic—this is your stop-and-breathe moment.
Twists, hip flexors, spine reset
Day 2: The Chef – Core & Heat – Stirring the pot, feeding hearts and bellies—now it’s time to fire up your center.
Core strength, arm support, energizing flow
Day 3: The Housecleaner – Detox & Release – You clean the messes you didn’t make—this is your chance to detox and clear out what’s not yours to hold.
Hip openers, hamstrings
Day 4: The Peacekeeper – Calm & Compose – When emotions run high (theirs or yours), you hold space. Today, create that peace for yourself.
Forward folds, grounding poses, nervous system soothing
Day 5: The Everything – Restore & Receive – You do it all—but today, you do nothing.
Restorative stillness, deep release, self-compassion
