Iuga Strength and Balance was an August 2024 challenge, from 5th to 9th. Asanas include Side crow (Parsva Bakasana), Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya II).
