Ment Alo Wellness was an April 2024 challenge, from 23rd to 30th. Asanas include Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Revolved side angle pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana), Fire log pose (Agnistambhasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

😊🙏🏼 Train happiness and practice gratitude. Happiness is within you and in the small details, be grateful for everything you have. – STANDING BALANCE
🫶 You must feel and embrace all emotions, there are no good or bad emotions, they are all necessary. – FOLD POSE
😴 Try a slow pace of life, and try to get at least 8 hours of rest a day. – HEART OPENER
🏃‍♀️ Do some type of physical activity regularly to improve your mood. Being outdoors help too. – TWIST POSE
🥗 Eat healthy and maintain a balanced diet. – HIP OPENER.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Cultivate a positive internal dialogue and replace negative thoughts with uplifting affirmations. – ARM BALANCE
🎫 Make time for yourself. It’s important to do more of what makes you feel good and alive. – INVERSION POSE.
🆙️ Practice mindfulness to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. – MEDITATIVE POSE
