My Shifts With Yoga started on Sunday 21st June and ends Thursday 25th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana), Boatpose (Navasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).
Day 1: Root to Rise – Pose: Standing Balance – Shift: From restless to rooted
Day 2: Breathe Through Fire – Pose: Arm Balance/ Boat Pose – Shift: From scattered to steady breath
Day 3: Strong + Open Heart Pose: Any Heart Opener – The Shift: – From closed to courageously open
Day 4: Surrender with Control – Pose: Any Forward Fold – Shift: From pushing to surrendering effort
Day 5: Balance in Stillness – Pose: Any Inversion – Shift: From distracted to present
