A May 2026 challenge

Alo In Full Bloom was a May 2026 challenge, from 10th to 17th. Asanas include Half split (Ardha Hanumanasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana), Camel pose (Ustrasana) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).

Day 1 — Root – Malasana (Yogi Squat) – Ground down. Connect to the earth. Start from stability.
Day 2 — Reach – Low Lunge with Crescent Arms (Anjaneyasana) – Lengthen through the body and lift your energy upward.
Day 3 — Unfurl – Half Split → Forward Fold (Ardha Hanumanasana flow) – Slowly open the backs of the legs like petals unfolding.
Day 4 — Balance – Tree Pose (Vrksasana) – Steady growth. Strong yet soft.
Day 5 — Open – Camel Pose (Ustrasana) – Heart opening + vulnerability + confidence.
Day 6 — Flow – Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) – Playful, expressive, free movement.
Day 7 — Blossom – Dancer Pose (Natarajasana) – Grace + strength + beauty together.
Day 8 — Radiate – Wheel or Supported Fish (Urdhva Dhanurasana or Matsyasana) – Full heart opener to finish strong in full bloom 🌷
