Alo Journey To Self was a May 2024 challenge, from 13th to 20th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2) and Skandasana (Side lunge).
Consistency – any pose that provides a sense of grounding
Patience – any hip opening pose
Focus – any pose requiring a focus or drishti
Awareness – any backbending pose
Self love – any forward fold or self hug pose
Dedication / devotion – any balancing pose
Grace – any pose that brings you grace
Joy – any pose that brings you joy
