Alo Journey To Self was a May 2024 challenge, from 13th to 20th. Asanas include Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Chin stand (Gandabherundasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose).
Consistency – any pose that provides a sense of grounding
Patience – any hip opening pose
Focus – any pose requiring a focus or drishti
Awareness – any backbending pose
Self love – any forward fold or self hug pose
Dedication / devotion – any balancing pose
Grace – any pose that brings you grace
Joy – any pose that brings you joy
