Fun on tip toes was a March 2022 challenge, from 7th to 11th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Kalyasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Malasana (Garland Pose) and Chair Pose (Utkatasana).

Malasana in March 7th 2022. Any Tiptoe Balance is great to build stronger calves, and that's a current focus for me. First day is Malasana or Garland Pose.

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a Utkatasana or Chair Pose with tiptoe

Warrior II Pose in July 19th 2023. My choice for power pose to honor Poseidon and Neptune, the Greek & Roman Gods of the Sea, is a mighty WarriorII Pose, using a car wheel as a shield 🛡🔱
