Day 3️⃣ Emotional Health – A pose or practice for better balance and release.
Day 4️⃣ Spiritual Health – A pose or practice to nurture connection and harmony
Day 5️⃣ Reflection – Share your insights on how yoga supports with building internal alignment – body, mind, heart and spirit – while honouring our connection to our planet.
