A November 2025 challenge
Say No With Alo 2 was a November 2025 challenge, from 8th to 15th. Asanas include Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana), Ear Pressure Pose (Karnapidasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2) and Urdhva Dandasana (Upward Facing Staff Pose).
1. Say no to negative self talk – Share a pose that challenges you.
2. Say yes to self affirmations – Share a pose that makes you feel strong
3. Say no to toxic relationships – Share any inverted pose.
4. Say yes to people who lift you up – Share any arm balance.
5. Say no to imposter syndrome – Share a pose you’re proud of, or that boosts your confidence.
6. Say yes to owning your accomplishments – Share a pose you’ve progressed in during your practice.
7. Say no to doing too much – Share a restorative pose.
8. Say yes to loving yourself, as you do others – Yogis choice
