Strong Or Flexible was an August 2020 challenge, from 3rd to 9th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Lolasana (Pendant Pose), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose) and Chair Pose (Utkatasana).

Standing pose – strong or flexible – or both
Squatting pose – strong or flexible – or both
Twisted pose – strong or flexible – or both
Seated pose – strong or flexible – or both
Arm balancing pose – strong or flexible or both
Inversion – strong or flexible – or both
Yogi’s choice – strong or flexible – or both
