Yoga Friend Ziesta was a March 2019 challenge, from 25th to 31st. Asanas include Heron pose (Krounchasana), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Fire Hydrant Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana).
