Yogis Root To Rise was a May 2025 challenge, from 5th to 9th. Asanas include Lotus pose (Padmasana), Revolved Head to Knee Pose (Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana) and Tree pose (Vrksasana).
🌱Day 1- Sunlight pouring over you – PADMASANA or any seated pose
🌱Day 2 – Elongate discovering new space- Any side bend pose
🌱Day 3 – Expand your heart space – Any backbend pose
🌱Day 4 – Reach for the sky- Any standing balance pose
🌱Day 5 – Courage is a love affair with the unknown – Give us any inversion
