ALOcome Yoga Fears was an October 2022 challenge, from 17th to 24th. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Standing backbend (Anuvittasana), Frog pose (Mandukasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Facing Emotions – any hip opener
Fear of Falling or Failing- arm balance
Ego – any modified pose
Heights – inversion
Self-Doubt – any balance pose
Challenges – a pose you’re working on
Negativity – any pose that makes you happy!
