Relleciga Divine Feminine was a March 2026 challenge, from 27th to 31st. Asanas include Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana), Crisscross Cactus, Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2) and Lion pose (Simhasana).

1. Kali, the goddess of death, time, war, creation, and doomsday – Any pose which makes you feel fierce.
2. Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, fortune, love, beauty and abundance – Any heart opener.
3. Durga, the warrior goddess of strength, protection, and destruction – Any warrior pose.
4. Parvati, the goddess of fertility, harmony, nourishment and creative femininity – Any grounded or hip opening pose.
5. Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, art, music, and literature – Any hybrid or creative pose.

Lion pose (Simhasana)
Bridge Pose in August 23rd 2021. My choice for backbend is one legged bridge pose, a variation of Bridge Pose or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.

Warrior II Pose in July 19th 2023. My choice for power pose to honor Poseidon and Neptune, the Greek & Roman Gods of the Sea, is a mighty WarriorII Pose, using a car wheel as a shield 🛡🔱
Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2)
Bound Angle Pose in July 31st 2024. Today's unique butterfly pose is car wheel yoga with Baddha Konasana or Bound Angle Pose. This is a challenging seatedhipopener, as the toe grip helps a lot
