Alo New Year Shapes was a January 2023 challenge, from 13th to 20th. Asanas include Floating Bound Angle (floating butterfly pose), Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana), Mountain pose (Tadasana) and Bound angle pose in headstand (Baddha Konasana Shirshasana).

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring Wideleggedforwardfold or Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.

Side Plank Pose in May 6th 2018. It's actually exactly one year since I did my first Vasisthasana. I still think of this as an utthita hasta padangusthasana lying on the side, or actually tilted about 60 degrees.
