A May 2021 challenge

Yogi Summer Nights was a May 2021 challenge, from 18th to 24th. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Fire log pose (Agnistambhasana), Reclined split (Supta Trivikramasana) and Fishpose (Matsyasana).

Walks on the beach 🐬 ~ Any ocean creature
Dancing with friends 👠 ~ Dancer or balance pose
Staying up until dawn 🍭~ Any power pose
Soaking up the sun ☀️ ~ Any heart opener
Ice cream for dinner 🍦 ~ Any hip opener
Backyard barbecue 🎶 ~ Yogi’s choice

Reclined split in November 2nd 2017. Happy  Flexibility Friday! I bring reclined splits or  Supta Trivikramasana with my new lightning patterned tights :)

Benu Bird Pose in May 25th 2020. My choice today is a hybrid of Benu Bird Pose and Bound Angle Pose inspired by amazing @inspiremyyoga. I love this variation, looks like an inverted Odal rune

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.
