Alo Space To Breathe was a January 2026 challenge, from 7th to 14th. Asanas include Headstand (Sirsasana), Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani asana), Skandasana (Side lunge) and Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).

1️⃣ Clear – Forward folds & breathwork → Let go of the old air; exhale what’s no longer needed.
2️⃣ Shift – Twists → Create new space and perspective.
3️⃣ Rise – Standing poses → Ground down, then lift with intention.
4️⃣ Open – Heart & shoulder openers → Invite freshness and courage into your practice.
5️⃣ Release – Hip openers → Let tension melt away; make space where energy flows freely.
6️⃣ Float – Inversions → Lighten up and see things differently.
7️⃣ Ease – Yin & gentle stretches → Soften the edges. Find calm in stillness.
8️⃣ Space – Your most expansive pose → Practice freedom — breathe, stretch, and simply be.
