Alo Space To Breathe was a January 2026 challenge, from 7th to 14th. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana) and Stork Pose (Saaras Pakshi Asana).

1️⃣ Clear – Forward folds & breathwork → Let go of the old air; exhale what’s no longer needed.
2️⃣ Shift – Twists → Create new space and perspective.
3️⃣ Rise – Standing poses → Ground down, then lift with intention.
4️⃣ Open – Heart & shoulder openers → Invite freshness and courage into your practice.
5️⃣ Release – Hip openers → Let tension melt away; make space where energy flows freely.
6️⃣ Float – Inversions → Lighten up and see things differently.
7️⃣ Ease – Yin & gentle stretches → Soften the edges. Find calm in stillness.
8️⃣ Space – Your most expansive pose → Practice freedom — breathe, stretch, and simply be.
