ALOCEANCALM was an April 2026 challenge, from 7th to 14th. Asanas include Dolphin pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) and Upwardfacing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana).

Day 1, Calm and serene – Any seated, grounding, or meditative pose
Day 2, Wild and free – Wild Thing, Wheel, or heart opener
Day 3, Flow and fluid – Any vinyasa, transition, or wave like movement
Day 4, Strong like the tide – Warrior, Chair, Plank, or arm balance
Day 5, Open and expansive – Hip opener or backbend
Day 6, Balanced and steady – Standing balance or arm balance
Day 7, Rest and restore – Any restorative or surrender pose
Day 8, Yogi’s choice – Your favorite ocean inspired shape
