An August 2025 challenge
Park Yoga Fun was an August 2025 challenge, from 18th to 22nd. Asanas include Skandasana (Side lunge), Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana), Tree pose (Vrksasana) and Boatpose (Navasana).
1. 🇷🇺 Sveta: Russian Arctic National Park – glacial – any cooling or strong pose
2. 🇪🇸 Sofia: Teide National Park – volcanic – a heat building pose or a pose with triangles
3. 🇺🇸 Gabi: Saguaro National Park – desert – a pose with cactus arms or a desert animal
4. 🇬🇧 Sophie: The Lake District – wetland – any water themed pose
5. Yogis choice – introduce us to a national park from your country, or one you would like to visit
